As we all know, there are countless options for at home hair care. This following blog is about some of my favorite options we offer here at the salon. These are not the only ones I like or use and there are many more options! I just wanted to help share some of my favorite options that are great for many clients. This blog is in no way sponsored or endorsed either these are just ones I chose to share. Also note I comment extra on some of these products scents. However all products listed smell good! I am one of those people I wouldn't use it if it smells bad so all smell good but some just smell extra great!

Matrix Instacure- Instacure is an anti-breakage spray infused with liquid proteins and helps repair hair. It also strengthens and evens out the porosity. This product can be used daily on damp or dry hair. Cost- $20 for 16.9oz bottle

Biolage All-In-One Coconut Infusion- This is my favorite multi-benefit spray. Not only is it a leave-in/detangler, but it is also a heat protectant. It also helps with fly aways and gives some shine to the hair. It is a very nice light-weight product that hydrates the hair and can be used for heat ot heatless styling. The coconut also makes it smell so good! You also only need a few sprays of it. Cost- $24 for 5.1oz bottle

Kenra Blowdry Spray- This is my favorite blowdry spray. It is a heat protectant that helps the hair blowdry quicker and smoother. Just a few sprays on damp hair is all you need. It also adds some shine and is probably my favorite smelling product. It has a sweet scent and everytime I use it that is the first thing clients say is how great it smells. Cost- $26.46 for 3.4oz or $41.99 for 6.oz

Paul Mitchell Super Skinny Hair Serum- This serum can be used on damp or dry hair. It conditions and seals the hair and also reduces frizz. It also can reduce blowdrying time. It also has a sweet scent. A little goes a very long ways with this product also so it lasts awhile. Cost- $28.50 for 5.1oz or $39 for 8.5oz

Aluram Hydrate and Repair Treatment- This is such a nice hydrating and repairing mask. It is ideal for all hairtypes also. It can be used weekly or as needed. It nourishes and moisturizes the hair without weighing it down. Cost- $19.99 for 11oz

Joico Blonde Life Brightening Mask- This is a hydrating hair mask that also helps illuminate blonde hair and keep it staying bright. It isn't a purple toning mask, but just helps detox and repair keeping it healthy and bright. It helps blonde hair to feel soft and smooth. If you use purple or blue toning shampoo this would be great to use after. Cost- $25.20 for 5.1oz

Matrix a Curl Can Dream Mask- This is a moisturizing mask to help curls feel soft and helps preserve your curl pattern. It is made with manuka honey extract which helps hydrates your curls and also smells great. I feel while it is hydrating and smoothing for curls it also isn't overly heavy. Cost- $21 for 9.4oz

Olaplex No.9 Bond Protector Nourishing Hair Serum- This is leave-in serum and also heat protectant that has style memory. It is very light weight and you need just a small amount for your hair so the bottle lasts you a good time still. You serioulsy only need a tiny amount so it still lasts me a long time. It helps with static, frizz, and tangling. It can be used damp or dry and for heat or heatless styles. This is a great daily styling product. It also helps prevent breakage. Cost- $30 for 3oz

Olaplex No.3 Hair Perfector (and No.0)- This is an at home olaplex treatment that reduces breakage and stregthens the hair. It is perfect for at home maintanence between salon olaplex treatments. It is very concentrated so you need a lot either. Please note it is a treatment and not a mask though so that you apply it damp and shampoo and conditioner after, you don't just rinse it our. For even better results and deeper repair also use the Olaplex No.0 Intensive Bond Building Treatment. When using both you apply the No.0 first then apply No.3 directly on top of the No.0. You don't rinse the No.0 before applying No.3. You apply the No.0 then wait ten minutes then apply the No.3 on top and let sit at least another ten minutes if not longer. Then shampoo and condition after rinsing. Also keep in mind olaplex is highly concentrated so you only need a small amount. Cost- No.0 $30 for 5.2oz and No.3 is $30 for 3.3oz
