Persistance is key..

I started teaching myself special effects makeup in September 2017. I look back at my first attempt and shake my head at how proud I was of it. But i look at my most recent attempt from July 2018 and see how far I have come by learning and practicing. This goes same for many hair/makeup looks. When I first start trying a new technique 9 times out of 10 it's a fail. But I just keep going and try until I get it right. Hair and makeup is something that means so much to me I am not willing to just give up after a couple fails. Instead I use them as a lesson and later on I can look back at them and laugh.
