I'm making this post hoping it raises some awareness. I never realized how common it is for clients to no show for their appointments with stylists. This can affect our day especially if we had to turn down other services to complete yours and also the time we put in to prep for your service. Some services cosmetologists provide requires time to set up and prep prior to you arriving. Often time these are the service that take a little longer and cost a little more. We are booked out for your service and that means can't take anymore clients during that time. When you can't go to a dentist or doctor appointment you more than likely call and cancel or reschedule.. so why isn't the same done for your stylist? When you chose to not show up for your appointment it affects our time and money and schedule for the day. Please always call if you have to reschedule or cancel. We understand life happens and it makes our lives so much easier when you do so❤️❤️
