Tonight I did nothing. I know most of you are thinking wow I wish I could do that... Well we all can once in awhile and we all need to! We think of having a day or evening of doing nothing makes us lazy but it doesn't. We're so focused on always getting everything done and accomplishing more. The truth is we will never finish doing everything that needs to be done in life. In order to accomplish everything you want in life you have to first take care of yourself. Mental and physical health should always be a priority. If you're not at your best, how can expect to reach your full potential? It's hard to think of a night of nothing as being beneficial but it is. The truth is there will always be something to clean or wash. You'll never have every single thing done at work. But if you take care of yourself for a day and make it part of your schedule. Wether its weekly or monthly, you will accomplish more in the long run. You will feel better and ready to take on challenges because you're more rested! So don't be ashamed of saying today or tonight I did nothing. Be proud! Make taking care of yourself a priority again! Throw on a face mask. Catch up on your show. Go work out. Have a drink. Take a bath. Whatever helps you unwind, destress, and relax... just do it! You'll be way happier in the long run if you do!! Make your physical and mental health a priority and see how much more you can accomplish! 💕
